In our experience training athletes, the single most important component that
makes a player better is our Ball Skills program.
Players practice them 10 minutes a day and the results are phenomenal. Players increase their scores on average of 222% in their first 6 months of training.
After a summer of training players attend tryouts at their respective clubs. When
they come to our next practice I love to see the beaming faces of players and
parents when they tell me of their new confidence and improvement. Although all
the components of training are important, Ball Skills is the catalyst for
increased confidence with the ball.
Our players use goal setting sheets to record their scores. Some players have blown
away our expectations and we had to create a completely new set of harder skills.
Check out this video which is where we found most of the skills that our
advanced players are now working on.
